"As part of the campaign to commemorate over 300 million comics, 47 design proposals were selected for the "Traversing Japan! OPJ47 Cruise Local T-shirt Design Contest!" which solicited T-shirt designs that combine characters from 47 prefectures and "ONE PIECE". Choose one type of T-shirt from among the works that you would like to win as a prize and vote for it. The top 10 T-shirts with the most votes will be turned into prizes using newly drawn anime illustrations, and will be presented to a total of 3,000 people in a lottery from among the applicants. Furthermore, one proposal selected by Eiichiro Oda for the ``ONE PIECE Award'' will be presented as a prize using an original illustration drawn by Eiichiro Oda. This will be given to 1,000 people randomly chosen from among the applicants.
