RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products (pre-owned, collectible and rare,  used, vintage, usually one size/design), we cannot accept returns for change of mind and wrong size. Please check carefully each item’s description, photos, and measurements before purchasing.

We’ll accept returns if there has been an error on our part, such as: if your item differs from the stated measurements and condition. 

Please contact us if you’re unsure about any details we’ve provided or if you’d like more information about an item’s condition, size, colour, or anything else; we are happy to provide more details. 

If you’d like to request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in original package and condition, with tags, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

We offer store credit or full refund (including shipping fees).

Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the payment to be processed by the bank.
