New Zealand Orders 

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. 

New Zealand orders are sent with NZ Couriers. Please note that delivery cannot be made to a PO Box. Please note that signature is required on delivery. 

NZ Shipping - from $7 (1-3 business days)

NZ Rural Shipping - from $9 (3-5 business days) 

Free Shipping with NZ orders over $250

Local Pick Up  

Select “Local Pick Up” at checkout to collect you order from our shop. We are located 134 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington, 6011, next to Hunters and Collectors. 

You’ll receive an email to confirm your order is ready to pick up.

International Orders 

Australia DHL Express - from $30 (2- 5 business days)

Rest of the World DHL express - from $45 (3-7 business days)

Please note that International deliveries may incur customs fees, duties and taxes that are not covered by ONZEN.

 

RETURNS 

Due to the nature of our products (vintage and collectible, preowned, usually one size/design), we cannot accept returns for change of mind and wrong size. Please check carefully each item’s description, photos, and measurements before purchasing.

We’ll accept returns if there’s been an error on our part, such as: if your item differs from the stated measurements and condition. 

Please contact us if you’re unsure about any details we’ve provided or if you’d like more information about an item’s condition, size, colour, or anything else; we are happy to provide more details. 

If you’d like to request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in original package and condition, with tags, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

We offer store credit or a full refund (including shipping fees).

Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the payment to be processed by the bank.
